  • Kaelyn Carroll

  • Lara Somfai

  • Jasmine Davidson

  • Mia Pauldo

We took a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada to check out the amazing talent at the Wootten 150 Camp Invite Only Camp! 72 of the best ballers ranging from the classes of 2025 to 2027.

Just judging from this specific event, here are some who caught our eye for a myriad of reasons (no particular order).

Destiny Jackson (5’6” - 2025) - Destiny is strong, plays a very sound and compact game. She gets to her midrange spot and flat out elevates for buckets. The handle is tight, the decision making is very good and she can just flat out get buckets.

Kaelyn Carroll (6’3” - 2025) - She is 6’3” and can flat out shoot it. Her shot preparation is ELITE. A true sniper with size. Gets off her feet vertically extremely well! Really good hands! At 6’3” she causes so many problems for defenses with her inside and outside game. She is smart defensively as well. She has a well rounded game! One of the absolute best at the camp!

Khalia Hartwell (6’5” - 2027) - She has great mobility, good hands and quick decision making in the paint, combined with the her athleticism and solid finishing skills, she has a bright future. With her motor and frame she will be tough to deal with going forward.

Kelis Fisher (5’9” - 2025) - A lead guard who is explosive off the bounce, extremely athletic and competitive. She was consistently on the attack and more often than not she made good things happen either for herself or for others.

Atlee Vanesko (5’11” - 2025) - sprints the floor, extremely vocal, active with the ball in and out of her hands, and shoots it with range and a quick release.  She makes the game easy for others.

Nylah Wilson (5’9” - 2025) - All out hustle! Strong physical guard that likes to get down hill. I didn’t see her shoot the jumper much, but the motor, intensity and competitiveness as a defender was unmatched

Jasmine Davidson (6’2” - 2025) - Jazzy being Jazzy. Knocking the trey ball down regularly now, which has made her unstoppable. So quick, long, active and constantly on the attack makes her a problem. The spin move in the lane is patented at this point for the recently announced USC commit. Arguably the best performer at the event.

Jaylan Lampley (6’1” - 2025) - such a live body, extremely active. Attacks the glass relentlessly, slasher with a quick first step, a competitive elite athlete. I didn’t see a perimeter jumper, but she is so fierce and punishing consistently with her attacks that it often doesn’t matter. She is a problem!

Savvy Swords (6’2” - 2025) - beating players in transition, made some tough catches and good finishes in traffic. Very active and physical for a big guard. Her aptitude for the game, motor and consistent movement offensively makes her tough to deal with.

Jemini Mitchell (6’2” - 2027) - really understands the game as she exploited size mismatches, nice three point shot, patient, solid defender, a problem at all levels. She was going on scoring sprees particularly in the 3 on 3 where there was simply nobody that could stop her.

Danielle Oso (6’1” - 2025) - size for a guard, knocked down the three, solid defensively, look to advance the ball early in transition. High IQ player.

52 Haylen McElhiney Ayers (6’1” - 2027) - Big guard with pure skill. She is really smooth. She possesses everything you need from a fundamental skill set standpoint, understood concepts, make shots from a variety of spots, make timely and accurate post entry passes and cut off those entry’s accordingly for buckets. She can play as a lead guard starting an offense or off ball. She has a bright future.

Mia Pauldo (5’7” - 2025) - eyes in the back of her head, pushes tempo, plays well in and out of concepts, vocal leader, tough as nails. A true Maestro out there.

Mya Pauldo (5’7” - 2025) - The other half of the twin backcourt was cooking as well. A lot of the players were not ready for her passes. She was setting the table, serving good eats, but many weren’t ready to partake. The leadership, pushing the pace, getting steals defensively, but also scoring was definitely on display for her at the event. The Tennessee commit did her thing!

Autumn Fleary (5’8” - 2026) - Fleary is a 5’8” junior guard who plays with a unique blend of strength, speed, and toughness. Her quickness allows her to blow by defenders and get to the rim with ease, making her a constant threat in transition and in the half-court. Autumn’s competitive spirit fuels her relentless style of play, and she brings a confident, gritty edge typical of Baltimore basketball. Her ability to attack the basket and her all-around intensity made her a standout on both ends of the floor.

Jordyn Jackson (6’1” - 2026) - really camp alive in the afternoon session. She was really good in the 3x3 and in the full court games. Displayed a three ball and was effective on drives with physical finishes and several nice pull ups. She excels as a tough to guard 4 man currently. Her physical play with her athleticism and motor is tough to deal with.

Addison Deal (6’0” - 2025) -excellent all around game. She is a knock down shooter, but showed a newfound ability to attack long close outs efficiently. She was getting in the paint off the bounce for several scores. I asked her about this and she said she has definitely been working on it and it shows. A true inside and outside threat!

McKenzie Mathurin (5’10” - 2025) - elite both ends. Shot the ball well ofc the catch and off the bounce, smart defender, anticipates well. Makes the game easy.

Lara Somfai (6’4” - 2025) - Big that’s fluid, versatile and a consistent trey ball. Good interior defender and great paint presence and awareness on both ends.

Xyanna Walton (6’0” - 2026, Chicago, IL) - Xyanna is a versatile 6’0” junior guard known for her elite shooting ability, especially when her feet are set. She can consistently knock down shots from beyond the arc, making her a constant scoring threat. Xyanna’s hustle on both ends was noticeable, as she brings intellect & toughness to every play. Defensively, her versatility allows her to guard multiple positions, and she’s a good rebounder for a guard. She has a knack for finding the rock, often coming up with key offensive boards and loose balls. Her all-around effort and shooting make her a valuable asset to any team.

Ryan Carter (6’0” - 2027) - Very competitive, explosive first step, athletic and has a variety of finishes.

Camille Williams (6’0” - 2025) - This kid loves basketball. She plays with a joy for the game that you love to see, but she is also competitive. She shot the ball well from deep and made excellent decisions in the ball screen actions in the 3 on 3. We got some extra work in during the break and she is coachable and has a good work ethic.

Avery Hjelmstad (6’1” - 2025) - by far one of the best and most skilled players at the event. The size, motor, physicality and versatility is elite. She is enjoyable to watch.
